We appreciate your patient referrals to Retina Eye Specialists. Your patient will be taken into an exam room within 5 minutes of arrival to his/her appointment. A new patient exam is normally completed in less than one hour. For patient convenience, tests such as OCT, fundus photography, fluorescein angiography, ICG angiography, digital ultrasound, and genetic testing blood draws are done in-house. Dr. Murthy will review all results and treatment plans with the patient during the same visit. A referral letter detailing the patient's visit and recommendations will be mailed to you within two days. Dr. Murthy is available anytime to address questions or concerns that you may have regarding your patient.
Our patient referral form may be printed and given to the patient. This form includes a section for the reason of referral and a map to our office.
